About YMH Week'26
Youth Mental Health Week (YMH Week) is a national awareness initiative led by Youth for Mental Health (YMH), a youth-driven organisation focused on strengthening conversations and resources around student mental health. The second edition in 2026 will bring together students, educators, mental health professionals, and youth leaders from across India. The week will feature discussions, creative expression, webinars, and community-led activities centred on youth well-being. It also marks the 7th foundation year of Youth for Mental Health, celebrating seven years of youth-led mental health advocacy on campuses. Through on-campus and digital engagement, YMH Week aims to activate a nationwide youth network and foster sustained dialogue and collaboration on mental health.
