Outlive

Outlive is a youth suicide prevention program led by Centre for Mental Health Law & Policy, Indian Law Society which addresses urban youth suicides in India by engaging youth with experiences of suicide/self-harm, distress or mental health problems.

Outlive Chat, a free, anonymous, chat-based support platform designed especially for young people, aged 18-25 who may be going through distress or struggling with thoughts of suicide. It is available from Monday to Saturday, 3pm to 9pm.

Mumbai Arts and Health Festival 2026

The Mumbai Arts and Health Festival 2026 is a FREE and OPEN, city-wide celebration of arts for public health, taking place across Mumbai from 6th–10th May. From campuses and studios, to parks and other public spaces,  it invites you to find your artful Pause within the many moods of Mumbai.


If you're a Mumbaikar, the arts are coming to your locality—bringing together people of all ages, identities, and abilities. Because there’s more to arts than what we’ve been taught.

Saathi Support

Saathi Support is a free peer support programme for students who are experiencing low mood and life difficulties. Through Saathi Support, students meet with a trained peer (called “Saathi”) who helps them to learn and practise positive coping skills.

The programme is being offered as a part of the METROPOLIS research project at selected campuses in Delhi-NCR. 

VIAHR: Global Call for Papers 2026

The VIAHR Foundation has opened the Global Call for Papers: mental health and burnout prevention. They invite students, doctoral candidates, and researchers to lay the scientific foundations for a healthier work culture. Participants will get access to- 

-  Fully funded trip to New York to present your research at a United Nations conference in November for the winner.

- Access to an exclusive international network, connecting and collaborating with university students from all over the world.

- All participants will receive a certificate, and all the best papers will be published.

Tele MANAS Helpline is a government initiative which aims to provide comprehensive mental health services through a digital platform including telephone-based counselling services, psychotherapy, psychiatric consultations and referral services.

It is a 24/7 on-demand free of cost service which is available in 20 Indian languages with ease of access via phone calls.
